Rubbernecker Blogger Challenge

This week’s Rubbernecker Blogger Challenge is brought to you by Kittie. You can read all the details on the Rubbernecker Blog.
Our challenge this week was to use PAPER PIECEING on a project. I decided to combine this challenge with the sketch challenge on Splitcoast. We were to use pink, also, to honor Breast Cancer Awareness month. The Rubbernecker Poinsettia stamp was stamped twice, once on the SU dp with Riding Hood Red and embossed with clear ep, and once on Riding Hood Red. They were both cutout, the pink layer was attached to the bottom RHR layer, and then attached with dimensionals. This is the lazy woman's form of paper piecing!!! The botton layer was pierced along the bottom edge and brads were added....hope I got them straight!! I also added piercing to the upper corner and the ribbon from Flourishes, LLC.

Recipe:
Stamps: Rubbernecker
Paper: Pink Pirouette, Riding Hood Red, Old Olive, Chocolate Chip, SU dp
Ink: Riding Hood Red
Accessories: Clear EP, Dimensionlas, Ribbon, Brads, Piercing tool, Corner Punch

Please visit with the other designers to see their paper pieced creations:
Bev Gerard (Tex)
Broni Holcombe

Thanks for visiting and have a great day!!!
