I just had to ink up this wonderful stamp set called Christmas Wishes from The Little Paper Shop. I also had a bunch of scraps sitting on the counter that I wanted to use up. The bird was stamped with Rining Hood Red and embossed with clear ep. The white oval behind the bird was stamped with the large sentiment stamp from the set with Close to Cocoa as was the Merry Christmas. Both white layers were sponged with Close to Cocoa and attached with dimensionals. I used Kiwi Kiss under the white layers but used Old Olive under the green dp layer because I had a scrap and didn't want to cut into a new sheet of KK. I also mixed the two shades with the punched out ferns. I kinda like how the different shades give a little dimension to the project!! The KK ribbon was a scrap piece just waiting to be used and the flower is a prima poinsettia. I used a Martha Stewart Punch for the scallop and Dew Drops along the edge. Stampin Up! ribbon and papers finish it off. I may have one more later today but my DH will be returning from his fishing trip and I better get this house cleaned up......it looks like I threw an all night party (stamping party, that is!!) Have a wonderful day!!
