I made this card for the Color Throwdown #110 to use Rich Razzleberry, Basic Gray, and Pink Pirouette and the sketch from Our Craft Lounge's Friday DT Sketch Challenge#30
The adorable Oriental lanterns from OCL's Oriental Garden set were stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored with copics. They were cutout and attached to the background that was stamped with the cherry blossoms image from the same set. The sentiment is from OCL's Giving Thanks set and the ribbon and Metal Sign from Making Memories finish it off.Recipe:

I made this card for last weeks sketch challenge on Splitcoast... I haven't had a chance to upload it till now. The leaves image from Rubbernecker's Fall Trilogy set were first stamped with Dusty Durange, dried for a few minutes, and then wiped down with my embossing buddy. Next, the leaves were stamped with Versamark and embossed with gold ep. The metal leaves were colored with a copic, and attached with dimensionals. The background golden yellow layer was embossed with a leaf CB folder and the buttons, twine, lace, and ribbon finish it off.

Last weeks Ways to Use It challenge on Splitcoast was to use twine....I love to use twine!! The cute little ghost stamp from A Muse was stamped with Versamark and embossed with white ep. The background paper is Basic Grey's Eerie and the button with the black twine finishes it off.
This was such a fun little Halloween card to make. The orange button looks ok but I would really like to find some pumpkin buttons. If anyone knows where I can find them, please let me know!!!!

I love all your cards Joan! I especially love the lanterns card - great color combination. It takes me forever to get a card made for the same reason - can't decide on colors, papers, etc!
