My card features the awesome Eventful - Pool Party die. It was cut out of Sugar Cube cardstock and adhered to the wave that was cut with the Build a Scene - Rolling Waves dies and embossed with the Bubbles Embossing Folder.
The sentiment is from the previously released Big Kahuna stamp set and the twine finishes it off.

I love this card - especially the way you used the wave dies. I wouldn't have thought of that. And the embossed background really makes the scene pop!
