My card features the adorable Bloomin' Boots Stamp and Bloomin' Boots Dies. The clouds were stamped with pool party ink, cut out with the Bloomin' Boots die and adhered with foam tape. The boots were stamped with regal rose, cut out with the Bloomin' Boots die and popped up with foam tape. The rain drops were cut out with the Little bits - Weather Confetti die and adhered to the background.
The Wispy Grass Border die was used to cut out the grass and the sentiment is from the same set. The button and cording are the finishing touches.
