CAS x 3

Hello everyone!!! We have had such a crazy week....we have been clearing out flower beds at my parents house and helping with the church garage sale which is tomorrow at 7:00 AM...yikes!!!! The whole fellowship hall is full to the brim so I hope we sell it all!!! Anyway....I managed to make a few CAS cards for Splitcoast challenges this week...I musta stamped in my sleep...LOL!!!!

My first card was for Wednesday's Sketch Challenge....I took a small liberty with it by tilting the squares. The pumpkin faces from the Spooky Cuties set were stamped on the Pumpkin Pie card stock and the bats and sentiment from the Spooky Sentiments set were all stamped with Versafine Onyx Black...the Halloween colored twine finishes it off. All the stamps are from Reverse Confetti.

My next card was made for Saturday's Inspiration Challenge. I found my inspiration from the beautiful gray and white Lux Linen Placemets from the Bella Cottage. The Waltzingmouse Stamps (Victorian Flippery and Light of the World) were all stamped with Versamark and embossed with white embossing powder ...the only embellishment is the seam binding.

My last card was made for the TLC challenge to use Faux White Wash...what a super cool technique!!! We were to mix white pigment ink with water and brush it over our image. Then we were to add a little color with colored ink.The tree, leaves, and pumpkin from Paper Smooches Autumn Groves stamp set were all washed with white pigment ink. Rich Cocoa was used to lightly paint over the tree, Ruby Red and Pumpkin Pie were used for the leaves, and Pumpkin Pie and Old Olive were used for the pumpkin. The chevron and twine finish it off.

Thanks for stopping by...I'm off to bed cause 5:00 am comes mighty early...the garage sale starts at 7:00 but you know there will be people there at 6:30!!!! I hope you have a great weekend .....I will be around to visit all my favorite blogs later after the sale!!!
