Taylored Expressions Sneak Peek: Day 2 - Happy Retirement Wall Hanging

Hello everyone and welcome to day two of the Taylored Expressions August Sneak Peeks!!!! Weren't the sample cards and projects from yesterday fabulous...I can't wait for you to see all the gorgeous designs we have in store for you today!!!!!

For my project today, I made a wall hanging using a chipboard coaster for the base and stamps from Workplace Wishes,  Office Ephemera,  From The Desk Of die set, and the Label Stacklets 4 dies.

I was really excited to work with both of the office sets and matching dies because I have several friends who will be retiring this year and I wanted to make them each something special!!! I had to giggle when I was stamping the main sentiment because in our department, we tend to gather in the tiny kitchen where we all fill our water bottles from the ice machine....I'm sure this will hold lots of fun memories for my friend!!

The banners were cut by hand and the bottom two were stamped with sentiments from the Office Ephemera set....the tape dispenser stamp is from the same set .  The Happy Retirement stamp and the main sentiment stamp were both from the Workplace Wishes set.

Lots of die cuts from the From the Desk Of die set were used: the clip and paper clip were cut from silver card stock; the parenthesis were cut from black card stock;  the star,  push pin, and the & sign were all cut from Bermuda Bay card stock; Label Stacklets 4 were used for the sentiment layers; the tape dispenser was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black onto So Saffron card stock and cutout with the coordinating die.  Park Bench dp from Fancy Pants was used for the background and main sentiment background layers..... the ribbon hanger and Candy Dots finish it off.

Check out what the Baker's Dozen design team  has created for today....Such AWESOME Sneak Peeks !!!

Thanks sooo much for stopping by today....tomorrow we will have day three of the sneak peeks and then Thursday at 8:00 AM PST (10:00 CST) will be the Taylored Expressions August Release....then we can shop, shop, shop...whoohoo!!!!!!

Have a great day!!!!
