Friendship

Good morning everyone!! I hope you had a great weekend!!!! We got a little rain but nothing like Oklahoma and the other surrounding states. My heart goes out to everyone who has lost loved ones and property during the last two weeks of  horrific weather!!! Hopefully, things will settle down a little so the families affected can begin to rebuild their lives!! Anyway....

We have been overwhelmed with our garden...we have been knee deep in beans and my hubby shelled enough peas to fill a  4 gallon bucket today. I think I'll blanch them tomorrow and put them in freezer bags. The tomatoes will be ready to can next week and the peaches (we have 4 trees) will be ready also....not much time for stamping!!! I do have a card to share with you that I made for the Free 4 All challenge on Splitcoast the week before last. We were supposed to use something on our card that repeated itself. I used the polka dot Washi Tape because of the repeat dots,  a Memory Box butterfly die cut, and the sentiment is from Flourishes Sweet Days of Summer set. This is pretty simple but I love the bright color splash from the Washi tape!!!

Thanks for stopping by on this Monday morning...have a great day and FYI....the Taylored Expressions June Sneak Peaks start tomorroe!!!!

Wow, 4 gallons of peas is a lot of peas but oh so tasty! Love your card, the washi tape brings just the right touch of color!

Joan, I love this butterfly against the washi tape! So simple, but so incredibly striking!!

You have peaches already AND tomatoes? We don't have any decent ones in the markets until July/August in Northern California. You've got all my smell senses awakened just thinking about fresh tomatoes and peaches!

LOL you are busy with all your gardening and I haven't even planted yet! HAHA! Tulips just opened and my day lily hasn't even bloomed. Yep....we are way behind!

I'd love to be busy like that. So nice to be outdoors!

Love this card too! That washi tape is awesome! I need some!
