TLC402 - Layered Scallops

Hello everyone!!! I have been MIA for a while....we had lots of crazy things happen around here along with a big Halloween celebration and the church craft sale but hopefully, things will settle down next week and I can get back in the craft room everyday!!!! I will have some pictures of the 80+ cards and 5+ projects I made for the craft sale (yikes!!)  and all the Halloween fun!! Anyway....it's my turn to host Splitcoast's Technique Lover's challenge!!! I bet you have lots of scallop dies and punches sitting around waiting for a little love...well, lets get them out and create a card or project with layered scallops!!! I just love the look of different colors and kinds of scallops but there are lots of ways to layer the scallops.
You can:
1. Use the same color and kind of scallop
2. Use the same kind of scallop but change the colors
3. Use different kinds of scallops all the same color of mix and match it all!!!
4. You can even use scalloped ribbons, stickers, or scallop stamps to layer...be creative and have fun!!!

I made my card for my sweet hubby because he is sooo loving, patient and kind!!!! It features deer and trees dies from Memory Box.....MFT's rick rack and scallop Die-namics were used for the layers and twine and a button finish it off. The sentiment is from The Cat's Meow's Happiness Is set.

This is also for a few other challenges:
1. Here Comes the Boys - use diecuts/punches (it must be masculine)
2. Allsorts Challenge - for men only
3. Our Creative Corner - silhouettes
4. Totally Gorjuss - anything goes with a button

Thanks for stopping by....I hope you have time to join us on Splitcoast for this weeks challenge!!! I would love to see what you create!!!!

This is a great masculine card. I've been making some with that deer die. First I've seen the trees. Now I have to go and get it. Love this card.

Awww really sweet to make a card for hubby, I bet he loves it. Fab how you used the dies to make this scene, it looks so good.

Did George decorate the garden again like last Halloween? I remember your photos from last year (eek, hasn't the time gone quickly???). Hope you had fun whatever you did.
