Wacky Wednesday and Creative Belli Challenge

Good morning everyone!!!! Can you believe it's Wednesday already??? Where do the days go....I remember my Mom used to say that and now that I'm older, I know what she means!!!!
Wednesday means it's time for another Wacky Wednesday Challenge!!! Today's hostess is Bev and her challenge to you and the Red Hot Mommas is to use cutting on your card or project. You can do fussy cutting, out of the box cutting, anything you like as long as you cut something out and use it on your card. Nesties layers don't count!!!
I cutout the flower from a piece of Basic Grey dp and attached it to the corner of the same dp...the petals were cut around the edges , popped up, and sprinkled with glitter.

The little butterflies from Rubbernecker's Butterfly Inchies set were stamped with Vanilla Craft ink onto the dp, cutout, and attached with dimensionals. The Rubbernecker sentiment was stamped with Memento Rich Cocoa and cutout with Nestabilities. The edges of the paper were distressed and sewing was done around the layers. Pearls and May Arts Ribbon were added to finish it off.
Recipe:
Stamps: Butterfly Inches, ATC Sentiment set
Paper: White, Ruby Red, Chocolate Chip, Kraft, Basic Grey's Stella Ruby
Ink: Memento Rich Cocoa, SU Vanilla Craft
Accessories: May Arts Ribbon, Nestabilities, Pearls, Glitter, Sewing Machine, Dimensionals

Bev's challenge was so much fun I just had to make another card...I love this little cake from Rubbernecker's Party Time set...it was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black onto a white scalloped Nesties rectangle and colored with copics. Another one was stamped onto a piece of white scrap paper, colored, cutout, and attached over the other one with foam tape. Silver pearls were added to the flower centers. The Flourish Inchies were stamped in the background and the Spellbinders frame was attached with foam tape. Silver pearls, ribbon, silver ribbon slide, and the sentiment from the same set finish off this fun birthday card.
Recipe:
Stamps: Party Time and Flourish Inchies
Paper: White, Black, Rose Red, Cherry Arte dp
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories: Ribbon, Silver Ribbon Slide, Silver Pearls, Spellbinders Frame, Round Punch, Foam Tape

Creative Belli Challenge #73

The Belli challenge this week is to make a card with a back to school theme....specifically to use apples or pencils......check it out on the Creative Belli Blog!!

I used images from the TPC Studio Clear Stamps set I picked up at Michael's...stamped the black board with Archival Jet Black, the book with Bordering Blue, and the A+ with Ruby Red. The tag, recess sign, and the pencil were stamped with with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored with copics. The background script paper scrap was distressed and sewn onto the lined dp from 3 Bugs in a Rug and all the images were attached with dimensionals. Tha apple was a wood piece from my stash that was painted with acrilic paints.

Be sure to visit the Creative Belli Design Team Member's blogs to read more details about their designs. You will find lots of awesome ideas!!! If you upload a card to Splitcoast or PCP, be sure to add CBC73 in the keywords section.
