Splitcoast's TLC Challenge

Hello everyone!! It's my turn to host the TLC challenge on Splitcoast and thanks to my sweet friend, Denise (peanutbee), we have a great one!! I saw this GORGEOUS card on her blog and just knew we had to do this technique for the TLC!! I am going to call it *Follow the Edge*. All you have to do is trim the front side of the card along the edge of your image so you can see the inside. I free hand cut my layers but you can trace the background layers from the first one you cut. The scallops I added on the inside show when the card is closed.....too cool!! I bought the adorable Morehead stamp set called Joy for You from Jerri Kay's Store called Touch of Grace. It was colored with copics and paper pieced with papers from Basic Grey's Lime Rickey and American Crafts dp. The balloon sticker with the 4 is from American Crafts...this is for my DGD, Caitlyn, for her 4th birthday. The sentiment was stamped on the Lime Rickey paper with PTI's Birthday Basics set. I had to hand write some of the letters to create Caitlyn's name. The balloons and the banner are from the same set and and the scallops finish it off.
