It's just a few minutes after midnight and I'm not a bit tired....I have to get up at 6:30 in the morning so I better get tired real fast...LOL!!! I am going to take Mom and Dad to the optical shop in the morning so they can pick out new glasses. Creative Belli Challenge #120

Welcome to another Creative Belli Challenge!! The challenge this two weeks is to make a card or project with things that start with a G!! You can use glitter, grass, glamour, gems, gauze, or make a giftcard holder, game card, or geometric design...what ever your little heart desires!!! Be sure to use something old and forgotten from your stash, too...the Belli Challenge is all about using your old stuff and forgotten treasures!!!

My card features the adorable Girlfriend stamp and sentiment from Woodware Stamps. The Girls were colored with copics, cutout, and popped up over the cloud and wave dp scraps and the kraft sand. The Gulls from the same set were stamped with Versafine Onyx Black and the Grass was made with a MFT's Die-namics. The castle, pelican, and the Grass stamp used on the kraft *sand* are from Rubbernecker's Kittie Kits #6 and #2 . To finish it off, the Girls were Glammed up a bit with Glitter .

This is also for a few other challenges:
1. Anything Goes Challenge Blog - here comes Summer
2. Bearly Mine Challenge - Summer is here
3. Sweet Stampin - things with wings (gulls and pelican)

Home Tweet Home

Hello everyone....I finally got my card made for today's Free 4 All challenge on Splitcoast...Jeanne wanted us to make a card or project that was someone's home....the home could belong to a bird, person, dog, etc.

I used the Woodware set called Birdsong...stamped the cage with Tangerine Tango three times onto the Memory Box dp called Brioche. One of the cages was cutout and popped up and then the top from the third one was cutout and popped up. The birds were stamped on a scrap of Daisy D's dp, cutout and popped up on the branch and birdcage. The seam binding, button, and twine finish it off. This is also for the Moxie Fab World Tuesday Trigger using the picture above as inspiration. I used the colors and wrinkled effect as my inspiration...tooo fun!!!

Recipe: Stamps: Woodware Birdsong, Paper: White, Tangerine Tango, Memory Box dp called Brioche, Ink: Tangerine Tango, Memento Rich Cocoa, Accessories: Button, Twine, Seam Binding

Thanks for stopping by this afternoon....I'm off to go feed two hungry horses!!

Creative Belli Challenge #90

Good morning everyone and welcome to another Creative Belli Challenge!!! The challenge this 2 weeks is a birthday theme and we are excited to have Creative Cuts and More as our sponsor!!! Terry from Creative Cuts and More generously provided all the Belli Girls with various die cuts to use for this challenge from her FABULOUS Birthday Kit!! . Be sure to visit the Creative Cuts & More Store to see all their wonderful products!! One lucky stamper will WIN a BOY themed BIRTHDAY KIT! This kit is STOCKED full of goodies to create a dozen cards.

My first card uses all products from the Birthday Girl Kit...cardstock, diecuts hat, stickers, rubons, brads, and paper.

This is an A2 Twist Card from the Birthday Girl Card Kit. I added the stamped image from Woodware USA Stamps called Winding Path. It was colored with copics and popped up on foam tape. The piece of white cardstock the image was stamped on and the ribbon were not included in the kit. I colored the edges of the back side of a piece of designer paper from the kit with a copic to create the orange layer.

This is the back side....The birds are from the Woodware set I used on the front. The sentiment is a rubon from the kit as are the papers and sticker trim. The white paper is the backside of one of the designer papers in the kit.

These cards are also for a few other challenges:
1. A Spoon Full of Sugar - 3D something
2. Die Cuts R Ud Challenge - Double Duty (2 projects with same stuff)
3. Cupcake Craft Challenge - don't be square (anything but a square card)
4. Incy Wincy Designs Challenge - One of my favorites (Creative Cuts and More birthday kit)
8. Fussy and Fancy Friday Challenge - birthday design with a treat (my first card has cupcakes on the paper)
9. Papertake Weekly Challenge - do something different (my twist card)

Be sure to visit the Creative Belli Design Team Member's blogs to read more details about their designs. You will find lots of awesome ideas!!! If you upload a card to Splitcoast or PCP, be sure to add CBC90 in the keywords section

Paper Pieced Fairy Tot

Hello everyone....what a beautiful day we are having here in Central Texas!!! I didn't do any planting this morning but I did clean my dirty house!! I swear, doing housework is harder and more labor intensive that anything!!! Actually, the reason I cleaned is because we are going to have company over night...otherwise the dirt coulda waited another week or so...LOL!!! Anyway.... I made this card for the Sketch Challenge on Splitcoast today.
The adorable Woodware images from the Fairy Tots set were stamped with Memento Rich Cocoa, colored with copics, cutout, and attached to the background dp . Paper Piecing was added to the little boy fairy using Cosmo Cricket's Earth Love dp. The sentiment is from Woodware's Salutations set. An EK Success border punch was used for the scallop, glitter was added to the wings, and lace and a button with twine finish it off.
Recipe:
Stamps: Woodware's Fairy Tots and Salutations
Paper: White, Vanilla, Pure Luxury Chocolate Brown, Cosmo Cricket Earth Love
Ink: Memento Rich Cocoa
Accessories: Copics, Dimensionals, Ek Success Scallop Border Punch, Button, Twine, Lace, Oval Punch, Nestabilities, Glitter

Thanks for visiting and please come back soon!!!
