Happy Thursday!!!

Good morning everyone!!! I have another Christamas *scraps* card today. I am slowly reducing the size of my Christmas scraps but there is one little glitch. The scraps don't have the name of the paper on the back so if it's not Stampin Up! or Basic Grey...I am at a loss as far as the name goes.

I stamped this adorable Alesa Baker Designs image from Impression Obsession, Inc. called Star Gazing with Memento Black and colored it with copics. I used a sponge dauber to color the star with So Saffron and the stars from the retired SU set called Bundle Up were stamped with Bashful Blue. Glitter was added to the hats, snowflake, star center, and the snowmen's bodies. The one corner was punched with the large corner rounder and then the Horizontal Slot punch was used to make a slit for the ribbon. Punched snowflakes and SU buttons were added for the finishing touches.

This is a close up of all the sparkle!!
Thanks for coming by today. Later this morning I will meet my friend in Salado for lunch at a quaint little tea room and then a full afternoon of shopping!!! Can't forget to go to Stamp Salado, my favorite little stamp store. I am sure there is something there that I just can't live without!! I hope you have a wonderful day, too!!

Such a beautiful card Joan! I love the snow family image and the wonderful pastel colours you used to colour it and for your card. I admire that you are using all your scraps, I'm trying to but have lots left to use LOL! You've made some absolutely stunning cards since I was last here, wonderful designs, colouring, creativity and details on all of them, a real treat for me today. I hope you're well and your Christmas preps are going along nicely. Take care my friend. Hugs, Chris
