Good morning and happy Friday!!! I hope you have some wonderful plans for this weekend. We are going to have our November Birthday Party on Sunday. Our family has grown so big that we have a birthday party every month and celebrate all the birthdays and anniversarys at one time. So Saturday will be spent cleaning this dirty house!!! I seem to have stamping stuff all over the place....wonder how that happens!! Anyway.....onto todays challenge card.
Jeanne S. was the hostess for the Limited Supply Challenge today on Splitcoast and her challenge was to create a project with a rectangle, circle, and ribbon as the only embellishment. I decided to use my new Crafty Secrets set called Girlfriends. The image was stamped with Memento Tuxedo Black and colored with copics. The sentiment was also stamped with Memento Black, the flourish was stamped with Bravo Burgundy, and the flower was colored with a copic. I don't usually finish off the inside ( because I am toooo lazy) but thought this classy lady deserved a little extra today. The paper is called Poppy by SEI .....it is really gorgeous IRL!!!
Recipe: Stamps: Crafty Secrets
Paper: Bravo Burgundy, Black, White, Poppy by SEI
Ink: Memento Black, Bravo Burgundy
Accessories: Ribbon, Dimensionals, Copics (mighty short list!!!)
Thanks for coming by this morning....be sure to check out the Rubbernecker Blog for the Faux Embossing tutorial!!!
