Two Goofy Cards!!

Hello everyone!!  I hope you are having a wonderful weekend!! My cousin and his wife were here this week visiting from Iowa.  We had a great time  and we ate out every day...yeaaa!!! I may never cook again...LOL!!!! Anyway...My youngest son's birthday is Nov. 23 and when I saw Thursday's  Ways to Use It challenge on Splitcoast was to use a mustache, I knew I had to make this for David's birthday!! He shaved off his mustache for Halloween.....his wife painted his face and it would have looked weird with hair on his face.... so I thought he might like one for his birthday...LOL!!

Here is what he looked like....

Yikes!! So...me thinks he will crack up when he sees the mustache birthday card!!

The only mustache I had was a sticker by Imaginisce so I punched a bunch of circles and created a face on the Choice Snow White card stock. The sentiment stamps are from the Ride the Wave set from Taylored Expressions and the twine and black pearls for the pupils finish it off.

I made this card for Dawn's TLC challenge on Splitcoast called Inlayed Diecuts.
Here are the deets:
1. Cut pieces of cardstock or pattern paper if you like.
2. Adhere it to a piece of plain paper(not cardstock) as it's thinner and easier to die cut or punch out.
3. Trim your paper to a desired size.
4. Run your die through your machine or punch your shape.

I glued the paper strips to a piece of computer paper and then used the Say What? Conversation Bubbles dies to cut out the word bubbles .....they were stamped with the Say What? stamps from Taylored Expressions. I drew the arrow and cut it out....all the diecuts were popped up with foam tape. The Doodlebug Sprinkles are the only detail.

Thanks for popping in today...enjoy your weekend!!
