Christmas Album

Good morning everyone....hope all is going well with you today!!! I have got to go work outside this morning but I wanted to upload the album that I made last week first. My DD Holly and I went to a class at the LSS in Waco and made this awesome album!!! It is supposed to be a recipe album but I think I'll use it for my 2010 Christmas pictures.
Aren't the papers pretty...they are from Tinsel and Twig by The Girl's Paperie. The scrap set included the papers, 6x6 chipboard dividers, stickers, flowers, diecuts, and tags.

They also provided the twine, bakers twine, ribbons and lace. We spent most of our time covering the chipboard dividers and distressing all the papers...my fingers and nails were distressed for a few days after!!!

Most of you know that I am a real slow stamper..sometimes spending a whole day on one card. Well, I want to tell ya...the instructor took no prisoners!!! She pushed us along at record speed...I actually broke a sweat...LOL!!!

I made a few mistakes like using the wrong paper on a couple of pages but what the heck....no one knows what it is really supposed to look like anyway...LOL!!!

She provided us with the 6x6 papers for the pages and I have lots of stickers left over to decorate those, too!!!
Thanks for stopping by today....have a great day!!!!!

Joan, love your book. I think it makes it more your own design by not using the papers on the exact page they say. Your designs are always great.
