Stamp TV's CSS Alumni Blog Hop

Hello everyone and welcome to another Stamp TV Center Stage Spotlight Alumni Blog Hop...Whoohoo!!! We are all excited to get together so we can share ideas and provide you with lots of inspiration!!! Carolina's challenge to us today is a color challenge:
Orange (Sweet Mango or Pumpkin Spice)
Red (Cranberry Tart, Rocket Red, or Red Hot)
Brown (Chocolate, Tan Leather, Kraft, Soft Sand
ONE Neutral Color from the following: White or Ivory

If you came from Jen's blog, you are on the right track!!! To start at the beginning, please go to StampTV and hop from there.

My card features the beautiful images from Nina Brackett's Hugs and Prayers set. They were stamped with Memento Rich Cocoa and embossed with clear ep. The images were then watercolored with Tombow markers. Well, I sure hope the challenge police aren't hopping, too, cause I am out of all things red...yikes!!! I ended up using Wine with Everything for my red....it's a secret so don't tell anyone!!!! I found some brown and orange dp that matched the challenge colors and ribbon with button and twine finish it off.
Recipe:
Stamps: Nina Brackett's Hugs and Prayers
Paper: Watercolor paper, Pure Luxury White, Wine With Everything, Basic Grey dp, 7 Gypsies Avignon dp
Ink: Memento Rich Cocoa
Accessories: Tombow Markers, Button, Twine, Ribbon, Nestabilities, SU Spiral Punch

Thanks for joining us today....now hop on over to Joy's Blog for more AWESOME inspiration!!!!

Joan - your card is beautiful and I think that the Wine with Everything color still counts as a 'red' so you should be safe from the blog hop police! LOL! Love the beautiful poppies and butterfly.

Your talent with card making is awesome! I have spent about a half hour looking through all of your posts clear back until the end of June. I kept saying ooooooo and awwwww, and wow. LOL Such beautiful work. So glad I found you. However, that is the funny part of the story. I saw your gorgeous fall card with the gold sparkly leaves and came here to see it on your blog, and it isn't even here! LOL But at least I got to see all the other great stuff! Thanks for all the eye candy! Best, Curt
