Lipsylicious!

Hello everyone!! Hope your day has been wonderful so far!! I have had a great morning stamping away and making a big mess!! You should see my craft room...yikes!!! I have papers and ribbons everywhere...my church's craft sale is in November and I have been making some fun projects to sell. My DH loves Crystal Light and the plastic container is just perfect to cover with paper and fill with candy. I'm also making Christmas card sets and gift boxes, too. Anyway...on to my card for the Moxie Fab Worls's Tuesday Trigger.....Lipsylicious!!
My card is quite a departure from my usual more is more style but it's always fun to do something a little different!! I dug around in my scraps to find matching colors to the lipstick, lined them up and attached them to a scrap piece of cardstock. The window was cut with a square Nestabilities and the striped piece was attached to the underside of the window. The window layer was then attached to the white cardbase. The sentiment is from Rubbernecker's Fashion Icon set #456. Yikes...no ribbon, no button, no bling....I must be sick...LOL!!!
Thanks for visiting....now back to the craft jungle to make some Halloween cards!!! Have a great day!!!

Your 'lipstick' card looks great. Really like how you have it mounted in a window.

I love your CAS creation Joan!! The colors are beautiful against the clean white. I enjoy departing from the norm too once in a while. Maybe I need to challenge myself to one layer card. LOL!

Hey Joan, Thanks for visiting my blog and leaving the comment about where you live. I go to my SU meeting tonight and there are several that travel from the Temple-Waco area. If you ever come this way give me a shout via e-mail. I do not think I know your daughter. Fancy meeting you because of a challenge. Again fun card!
