Stamp TV CSS Alumni Blog Hop

Hello everyone and welcome to another Stamp TV Center Stage Spotlight Alumni Blog Hop...Whoohoo!!! We are all excited to get together so we can share ideas and provide you with lots of inspiration!!! Carolina's challenge to us today is to use this sketch:

The van from Rupa Shevde's Are We There Yet? set was stamped with Not Quite Navy onto Ocean Mist cardstock. An aqua pen was used to spread the ink around a bit and then the image was cutout and attached to the circle layers with foam tape. The sentiment was stamped with Not quite Navy on vanilla cs, cutout and run through the cuttlebug with a round Nestie to emboss the right edge. The ribbon, buttons, and twine finish it off.
Recipe:
Stamps: Are We There Yet?
Paper: Old Olive, Not Quite Navy, vanilla, Making Memories Panorama dp
Ink: Not Quite Navy
Accessories: Ribbon, Buttons, Twine, Nestabilities, Aqua Pen, Foam Tape

This will go to my DH when we take a short trip at the end of the month. I always like to tease him by asking "are we there yet?" as soon as we head down the road so I thought this time I would give him the card.....it's better than singing Willie's On the Road Again song which is what my silly husband does to irritate me...LOL!!!!

Thanks for joining us today!!! Hopefully you came from Jennie's blog...wasn't her card AWESOME!!!!!! Now hop on over to Joy's blog for some beautiful inspiration...they both do such fabulous art work!!!!

Such a fun card Joan! I can hear my boys saying "are we there yet" right now. I think that was their favorite thing to say whenever we were on a road trip. :)
