Taylored Expressions March Sneak Peeks: Let's Cheer You Up!!

Hello everyone and welcome to day three of the Taylored Expressions March Sneak Peeks!! Don't you just love the wonderful new stamps and dies we have showed you so far...they can all be yours tomorrow!! The March Release is tomorrow, Thursday, March 3 at 7:00 AM PST (9:00 CST)!!! Also, remember....

Taylored Expressions is celebrating Release Week with some fabulous giveaways! Visit the TE Blog to answer Taylor’s Question of the Day for a chance to win a prize from the latest release!

My first card features the adorable Build a Scene - Window...the window base and panes were cutout of Sugar Cube cardstock  and the *sky* was colored with a Copic. The curtains were cut out of patterned papers from Pebbles Front Porch 6x6 paper pad. The window needed a room to be in so the cute little furniture from the Sit & Chat stamp set were all paper pieced with the same patterned papers.

The lamp bases were colored with Copics and the patterned paper lamp shades were both popped up with foam dots. The *wallpaper border* at the top was cut with the previously released Small Scallop Border and the largest frame die from the previously released Frame in Frame Cutting Plate was used for for the frame. The sentiment is from the Sit & Chat set, too.

Supply List:
Taylored Expressions Stamps: Sit & Chat
Paper: Buttercream Frosting, Sugar Cube, Earl Grey (TE), Front Porch 6x6 paper pad (Pebbles)
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black (Tsukineko)
Accessories: Markers (Copics)
Taylored Expressions Dies: Build a Scene - Window, Sit & Chat Dies, Frame in Frame Cutting Plate, Small Scallop Border

My second card features the super cute Grown Up Grumplings stamp set...the images were colored with Copics and cutout with the Grown Up Grumplings coordinating die.

The sentiment from the same set was stamped with Versamark onto Oreo cardstock and embossed with white opaque embossing powder. The sentiment was cutout with the previously released Stitched Banner Stacklets and adhered to the background patterned paper that was cut out with the previously released Postage Stamp Stacklets. Sewing was done around the background paper and the twine finishes it off.

Supply List:
Taylored Expressions Stamps: Grown Up Grumplings
Paper: Oreo, Toffee, Sugar Cube (TE), Front Porch 6x6 paper pad (Pebbles)
Ink: Versamark, Memento Tuxedo Black (Tsukineko)
Accessories:White Embossing Powder (Zing), Markers (Copics), Twine (The Twinery), Sewing Machine

Ha ha! Love that grumbling but, to be honest, your paper piecing on the first card just steals the show.
