Button Scene

Hello everyone!! I got to play in the craft room this morning...I have a friend who has been sick for a few days and I wanted to make her a get well card. I checked the Ways to Use It Challenge on Splitcoast and the challenge was to use buttons...I have a thousand buttons that need a little love so I pulled out my Papertrey Ink Everyday Button Bits and got to work.

The clouds were sponged with pool party and my homemade cloud template. The scrap of Basic Grey paper was cut, adhered to the white card stock, and sewing was done across the top edge. The trees and sentiment were stamped with Memento Rich Cocoa and the butterfly was punched with a Martha Stewart punch. The sun button was adhered to a punched flower and hemp cording was added...the buttons were all adhered with glue dots.

Thanks for stopping by....I hope you have a great day!!! It was in the high 70's today and my hubs planted the garden today...I think spring has finally sprung!!!!
