Taylored Expressions February Sneak Peeks: Moka Shannon and Sack -It Bunny

Hello everyone!!! Welcome to day one of the Taylored Expressions February Sneak Peeks....I can't wait for you to see all the new stamp sets and dies because they are all sooo FABULOUS!!!!! We will have three days of sneak peeks and then the release will be Thursday morning at 7:00 AM PST (9:00 AM CST).

So...sit back, put your feet up, and check out today's TE cuteness!!!!

My first card is for St. Patrick's Day...I'm not Irish but my DIL and three Grands are very Irish so I always make St. Paddy's Day cards for them!!! Can you believe that I have three red headed children...well, more auburn than red, and yet no Irish blood...go figure...LOL!!!

The super adorable Moka Shannon who, by the way, was named for our very own Baker's Dozen team mate, Shannon White, was colored with Copics and adhered to the background with foam tape. The background diecut was cut with the new Scribbles Cutting Plate and the sentiment from the Moka Shannon set was stamped on banners cut with the Label It dies.

A black pearl was added to the flower on the hat and the shamrock sticker is the finishing touch.

My second project is for Easter....the minute I saw the adorable Sack It - Bunny die set, I absolutely fell in love!!!! I will be making about 8 more of these for my Grands...I know they will love them, too!!!!

The little girl bunny was created with pretty in pink card stock for the Sack It To Me bag base and the front was cutout of white felt along with the ears. I didn't think the felt ears would stick up so they were adhered to another piece of pink card stock and cutout around the white felt diecut just a little bigger so the pink would show. The inner ears were sponged with pretty in pink ink and then run through the Cuttlebug with the Dotted Swiss embossing folder. The nose and inner paws were cut out of cameo coral card stock and the eyes, whiskers, and mouth were cut from Choice Black. The pink cheeks were sponged with pretty in pink ink and some white paper dots were added. The ear bows were added for a little glam and the white pearls on the eye finish it off!!

The little boy bunny was made the same as the girl bunny but different papers and felt were used. I also added more white paper dots on his cheeks because he's a guy and needs them to look cool. His bow tie makes him look distinguished, don't you think??

Now, how about a little inspiration from the Baker's Dozen Design Team...they have created some fabulous projects for you today!!!!

Thanks for stopping by today...tomorrow we will have more sneak peeks that will blow you away!!!!!
