Ni Hoo (Hello)

Good morning everyone!!! Hope all is well with you today! I have got to get busy and clean my kitchen but first I want to share a card I made a while back for one of the TLC challenges called Doodling for Dummies - Trace Doodling. We were supposed to doodle on a stamped image....I decided to doodle on the lanterns in the background!!! The background was stamped with Pistachio Pudding, colored with Copics, and then traced on all the lanterns and flags with a #2 pencil.

After I worked so hard on the first flower lantern trying to trace all the lines just so, I gave up and just started a little freestyle....I felt such freedom...LOL!!! The little Japanese girl was colored with Copics and the ribbon finished it off. I had no idea what Ni Hao meant hoping it was  rated PG!!!! However, thanks to a few stampers on Splitcoast, they let me know that it meant Hello in Chinese ( My smart little Japanese lady speaks Chinese!!!)

Supply List:
Stamps: Hero Arts Washi Lantern Bkgrd, Hero Arts Japanese Garden, NiHao by My Cute Stamps,
Paper: White, Black, Prism Frosted Azelea
Ink: Pistachio Pudding, Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories: Ribbon, Copics, #2 Pencil
Techniques: Traced Doodling

Thanks for stopping by....I hope you have a super fab day!!!
