Color Throwdown and Belli Challenges

Hello everyone...it's Wednesday and time for another Color Throwdown Challenge!!! Cathy chose some awesome colors this week: Ballet Blue, Light Green, and Dark Green! I used the Sweet Sunday Sketch #104 for my layout and the Rubbernecker Wildflower stamp for the foliage. The sentiment is from Rubbernecker's Party Time set. The foliage was stamped with Certainly Celery and Wild Wasabi...the papers are from Basic Grey's Kioshi and the butterflies were punched from Ballet Blue cardstock. The lace, pearls, and sewing finish it off.
Recipe:
Stamps: Rubbernecker
Paper: Whisper White, Always Artichoke, Ballet Blue
Ink: Certainly Celery, Wild Wasabi, Always Artichoke
Accessories: Pearls, Martha Stewart Butterfly Punches, Nestabilities, Lace, Sewing Machine

Be sure to check out what the CTD team has created with these colors!!

Creative Belli Challenge #111
Welcome to another Creative Belli Challenge!! The challenge this two weeks is a fun one....use felt on your project!! This can include using the felt to make flowers, scallops, butterflies, ribbons, or use felt stickers like I did.....what ever you little heart desires!!! Be sure to use something old and forgotten from your stash, too...the Belli Challenge is all about using your old stuff and forgotten treasures!!!
The adorable little Woolies from Basic Grey's Indian Summer Collection were added to the layers created with Indian Summer dp. The white background was run through the Cuttlebug with a wood grain folder and distressed with Sahara Sand. The Mojo Monday Sketch # 178 was used for the layout and the pink ribbon and Candy Dots are the finishing touches.
Recipe:
Paper: Whisper White, Regal Rose, Really Rust, Basic Grey's Indian Summer
Ink: Sahara Sand
Accessories: Basic Grey Woolies, Nestabilities, Candy Dots, Wood Grained Embossing Folder, Ribbon
Be sure to stop by the other Belli Girls blogs to see what they made for you today....you will find lots of awesome inspiration!!! If you upload a card to Splitcoast , PCP, Stamp TV or another online gallery be sure to add CBC111 in the keywords section.

Good afternoon, Joan, you made 2 gorgeous cards today. Ooooh beautiful colours on the first card, I love the stitching and how you used the blue as an accent rather than part of the background, just superb. And the felt card is adorable, such a cute way you've laid everything out. Hope it's not too cold over there today, it's pretty chilly and dull for us. CoB

Your cards are beautiful, the colors on the first one, are so spring and soft, love the image with the butterflies and the touch of lace on the side, just love all the little details you added. I hope to someday stitch on my cards :) The second one is great with the felt bird with those colors so striking.
