Valentine's Day is Just Around the Corner!!

Good morning everyone....hope all is well in your little corner of the world!!! My sister Kathy is visiting from Iowa this week so we have been playing catch up!! Her DH arrives tomorrow, we are going to a Jazz concert Saturday night, church Sunday and then a birthday party for Kathy in the afternoon....whew!! Hope we get to sneak a little sleep in there somewhere!!!

I made a card last night for the Free 4 All challenge on Splitcoast ...we were to make a card with something purple and something pink on it and at least one heart.
I used this adorable Valentine image from RedLead Paperworks....the flowers in her hair were colored purple with a copic and the pink felt heart serves double duty!! Aren't you glad we can finally put the Christmas stamps away and get out all the fun little Valentines!!!
Recipe:
Stamps: Happy Valentine's Day from RedLead Paperworks
Paper: Crush Collection dp by Bo Bunny, Kraft, White
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories: White Button, Heart Button, Ribbon, Copics, Sewing Machine, Heart Shaped Nestabilities

Thanks for stopping by...have a great day !!!

Wonderful card Joan, just love it. Reminds me of the Valentines we exchanged in elementary school and then all the girls would count to see who received the most cards from boys.

What a sweet card, love that image and paper and the stitching. That is my goal this year to at some point stitch on a card. Sounds like you have a full weekend, have a great time.
