Elegant Flowers for a Featured Stamper and a Queen

Hello everyone.....hope you are having a great Sunday!!! I actually got a little stamping done last night but you should see my stamp room...yikes!!! When I work on one card I really make a mess but when I do two cards it takes all day to clean up the space...what a disaster!!!! Maybe my Fairy Godmother will come if I close the door and go take a nap....LOL!!! Anyway....

The wonderful Cathleen (Ctorina) was chosed to be the Featured Stamper today on Splitcoast!!
Her elegant style is such an inspiration...every card in her gallery is FABULOUS!!! After lurking in Cathleen's gallery for an hour, I finally decided to case the IC231 Flowering Weeds card. I kept the same basic layout but changed the colors, added the butterflies and the Pink Paislee Artisan Elements from Stampers Dream. I also changed the stamps to Rubbernecker's New Release Weeds images, stamped them with Versafine Onyx Black and embossed with clear ep. The May Arts Silk ribbon is the perfect elegant Cathleen touch!
Recipe:
Stamps: Rubbernecker New Release Weeds : 497-06, 497-05, 497-10, 497-04
Paper: Black, Vanilla
Ink: Versafine Onyx Black
Accessories: Pink Paislee Artisan Elements, Martha Stewart Butterfly Punch, Black Rhinedtones, May Arts Silk Ribbon, Spellbinders Scalloped Border Die, Clear ep

Linda (Hotwheels) has been chosen by the illustrious QFTD hostess, Anne Ryan, to be Queen for the Day #9 on Splitcoast!!! I bow to your royal talents, Linda...your gallery is full of awesome designs to case!!! I decided to case the beautiful Hello card...kept the same basic design and colors but changed the stamps to a Rubbernecker New Release Florals image...stamped it with Old Olive onto the K&Co. dp and added the punched flowers. The sentiment is from Rubbernecker's Floral Silhouettes #467 set and the velvet trim finishes it off.
Recipe:
Stamps: Rubbernecker New Release Floral Image #496-03, Rubbernecker Floral Silhouettes #467
Paper: Ruby Red, Old Olive, K&Co. La Boutique dp
Ink: Old Olive, Memento Tuxedo Black
Accessories: SU Flower Punch, Martha Stewart Butterfly Punch, Black Rhinestones, Velvet Trim

Joan, that bow on your first card is so gorgeous! The colors are a favorite of mine, and I am just loving that scroll work at the top! The second card is so pretty with the flowers and butterflies, and such fabulous oolors as well. :)

Oh, these cards are beautiful! I think the second one is my favorite. I love the punched flowers and butterfly. BTW - if the Fairy Godmother comes, will you send her to my house??? :-)

Another pair of beauties Joan!
I love the elegance of that first one with the Element at the top, that luscious and beautiful bow, the regal punched lace and the striking silhouette flowers, very posh!
The border ribbon is the perfect touch on your second beauty!
