Creative Cuts and More Blog Hop

Hello everyone and welcome to the Creative Cuts and More Blog Hop to celebrate the opening of their brand NEW website!!! Terry (the owner of CC&M) has over 100 brand new die cuts in the store and we are going to show off some of these new die cuts throughout this blog hop.The Celebration Blog Hop starts at the Die Cut Diva Blog. The official start time of this Hop is Monday at 8:00 AM (EST). If you arrived early, please be patient as all the links may not be live yet.
The theme is celebration and what better thing to celebrate than life itself!!!

The card base for this card is a 5 1/4" square scalloped card using Criss Cross Texture Bazzill paper and the color is called Dragonfly. I wish you could see the texture on this paper...it's sooo pretty!!! The designer paper is from My Favorite Thing's Summer Collection Paper Pack and the cherries image and sentiment from Taylored Expression's Berries and Cherries set were colored with copics. The main image was layered with Nestabilities Blossom dies and the ribbon, flower, and pearls finish it off.

I used the Fishbowl Window A6 card base in Canvas Texture Bazzill paper and the color is called Lakeshore. Webster's Pages paper was attached to the back of the front opening and the Rubbernecker sentiment was stamped using Memento Tuxedo Black. The Rubbernecker Fish image was colored with copics and attached with dimensionals. The Spellbinders scalloped border die was used to make the scallop and the Stampin Up! RiverRock ribbon with the gold charm finish it off.

Love both these cards, Joan - those cherries look good enough to eat, but that fishbowl card is fantastic (or should I say fintastic?). Great way to show case that Webster's Pages paper!
