Buttons and Lots of Bows!!

Good morning evryone....what a wonderful day!!! It's 10:00 AM here in Central Texas and I am still in my pjs!! I was going to go outside and plant some flowers but after checking out the Free 4 All challenge on Splitcoast, I just had to make a card!! I ordered some stamps from Sprinkle N Sparkle a month ago and this is the second one I have inked up. Her name is Jasmine...I paper pieced her with papers from Basic Grey's Cappella. Her skin and the flower were colored with copics. I also used the sketch from Mojo Monday week 139. The button is an old one from my mother's button box and I used silver cording for the bow.
Sponging was done with Soft Sky around the image while the paper was still in the Nesties die...I just love Art Deco and this Nesties shape was perfect for that style!!
Recipe:
Stamps: Jasmine fron Sprinkle N Sparkle
Paper: Vanilla, White, Basic Grey's Cappella
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Balck, Soft Sky
Accessories: Copics, Silver Cording, Old Button, Nestabilities, Top Note die, Foam Tape, Dimensionals, Ribbon

This is the card I made for Wednesday's Sketch Challenge on Splitcoast. I got a box full of goodies in the mail the other day so I used a few of them to make this vintage design. The paper is from Websters Pages...I sewed and distressed the edges and added the birthday sentimet tag from Clear Dollar Stamps Tag Blessings set. May Arts silk ribbon, a rhinestone flourish, and the Primas finish it off.

Recipe:
Stamps: Clear Dollar Stamps Tag Blessings
Paper: Pink Pirouette, Ruby Red, Websters Pages
Ink: Ruby Red
Accessories: May Arts Ribbonm Primas, Nestability, Sewing Machine, Rhinestone Flourish

Mothermark's Teapot Tuesday Challenge this week is all about Seth....a single sailor who needs help finding his way. You see he is facing 42,000 waves from a big storm and his ship is taking on water!! Yikes!!Larry the Lighthouse keeper and Sirius, his trusty Newfoundland dog stand ready to help Seth if he shipwrecks. We can help by sailing our ships over to Seth and throwing him some life preservers, or if you tend to get seasick, head on over to the lighthouse, and bring dry clothes (you know what it's like to walk in soggy shoes??), or food, or tea (or brandy)...you know anything Seth could use. I am late to the party cause I only have this old row boat to help but I'm on my way...hang on Seth!!!! We were also supposed to add a little encouragement for Seth so I added a sentiment from Cornish Heritage Farms Encouragement Expressions. The seaside image by Impression Obsession from Stamper's Dream was colored with copics. The sky was brayered with Ranger Distress Ink Wild Honey and the frame was made from 7 Gypsies Gypsy Market dp and oval Nestabilities. The May Arts silk ribbon finishes it off.

Recipe:
Stamps: Impression Obsession, Cornish Heritage Farms
Paper: Black, White, Prism sunflowers Dark, 7 Gypies Gypsy Market
Ink: Memento Tuxedo Black, Ranger Wild Honey
Accessories: May Arts Silk Ribbon, Nestabilities, Copics, Brayer,
Thanks for Stopping by...have a great day!!!!
