Autumn's Card and Monday's CAS challenge

Hello everyone!! We have had 3 Grands visiting since Saturday....their ages are 14, 11, and 5. We have been swimming, cooking, playing Fishin-opoly, and making cards!! They wouldn't speak to me for a while today because I skunked them at Fishin-opoly last night....won everything on the board...whoohoo!!!! I lost today so now I'm in their good graces again....heeheehee!!

After I went to bed last night, Autumn went to the craft room and finished this awesome card and book mark...Didn't she do a wonderful job!!! She used the cherry image and little flowers from Clear Dollar Stamps Tangy Trio set. The paper is from My Sweet Cherry Pie dp by Nikki Sivils and SU ribbon and pearls finish it off.

This is a close up of the cherries....she cutout the layers all by herself with Nestabilities and the Cuttlebug!!

Recipe:
Stamps: Clear Dollar Stamps Tangy Trio
Paper: Black, Vanilla, Chocolate Chip, Garden Green, My Sweet Cherry Pie by Nikki Sivils
Ink: Real Red, Old Olive, So Saffron, Brilliant Blue
Accessories: Nestabilities, Ribbon, Pearls

The CAS challenge on Splitcoast today was to use stitching...either with a sewing machine, hand stitching, or faux stitching.

The card I made was really simple....the Manhattan Flowers folder was used for the image and Pretty in Pink and Cameo Coral was sponged over the image. It was then cutout, a black matting was cutout around the edges, faux stitching was done around the edges, and pearls and shear black ribbon finish it off.

Recipe:
Paper: Pretty in Pink, White, Black, Stampin Up dp.
Accessories: Pearls, Black Shear Ribbon, Manhattan Flowers Folder, Black Artists Pen

Thanks for stopping by today...have a great day!!!!

Oh how fun! Your Autumn did a fabulous job. How wonderful that you can stamp with her. Such a rich blessing! And I love your Manhattan Rose card. That is one of my all time fav. folders. Love how you sponged and did the outline of black. How did you do that, by the way?

Hugs,
Julie
