Taylored Expressions March Sneak Peeks: It's All About Dogs and Cats!!

Hello everyone and welcome to day three of the Taylored Expressions March Sneak Peeks!!! I just love this release and I know you will, too....sooo many awesome stamps, dies, embossing folders, and papers!!! Remember, the March Release is tomorrow, Thrusday, March 5th at 7:00 AM PST  (9:00 CST). I can't wait to show you today's goodies but first.....

Taylored Expressions is celebrating Release Week with some fabulous giveaways! Visit the TE Blog each Sneak Peek Day this week for details on how you can enter to win.

I made a birthday gift set for my Grandson, Gabe, who will be turning 8 and loves dogs!! The If Dogs Could Talk Stamp and Die Combo was used for the darling little pups. The set has 9 different faces to use for the dog stamp...how cool is that!!!!

The background was created with the new Arbor Fence, the previously released Birch Tree Border diecut that was embossed with the new Woodgrain Embossing Folder, the previously released Little Bits Sun and Clouds diecuts, and the previously released Say What? Conversation Bubble diecut for the sentiment

The adorable pup was colored with Copics as were the party hat and sweet little bird from the same set. They were popped up with foam dots along with the Whispy Grass Border diecut and the sentiment from the same set was stamped  with Memento Tuxedo Black.

The gift wrap was stamped with white craft ink and several of the small stamps from the If Dogs Could Talk set. The previously released Pencil Topper die was used for the tag...it was cut out of Sugar Cube cardstock and layered with Toffee cardstock and paper from the We Go Together  6x6 paper pad

The little pup was colored with Copics and adhered with foam tape. Gabe's name was created with the previously released Mini Caps Alpha and #'s dies and twine was used for the bow.

The If Cats Could Talk Stamp and Die Combo was used for my second card...the cat and mouse were colored with copics and adhered with foam tape. The background was embossed with the Floral Vine Embossing Folder  and the sentiment is from the same set.

The button, cording, and the previously released Small Scallop Border diecut finish it off.

Thanks for visiting, crafty friends! If you'd like to see more projects and new product information, please head over to the  TE Blog for a complete blog roll of our participating designers!

Color Throwdown Challenge #332

Hello everyone...it's Wednesday again and time for this week's Color Throwdown Challenge!!! Lori  is our hostess and what fabulous colors we have to play with this week...gotta love that fancy boot!!!!

I want to thank Jen Shults for all the beautiful cards she created as our February Guest Designer....What a fabulous talent!!!!

Now, I have a special treat...the March Guest Designer is none other than my sweet daughter, Holly Brown...WOOT!!!!

My card features the Taylored Expressions Light as a Feather Stamp and Die Combo...the sentiment was stamped with Night of Navy onto the Sugar Cube cardstock and the Label Stacklets 3 was used to cut the Salt Water Taffy frame.

The stamped feathers were cut with the Light as a Feather dies and the scallops in the background were cut with the Small Scallop Border die...the cording and sewing finish it off.

Remember, be sure to add CTD332 to the keywords section when you upload your cards to an online gallery so we can find your creations!!
