My first project is a Valentine set created with the new Little Bits - Light Bulb die set and the sentiments are from the new Punny Love stamp set...they are sooo cute and fun!!!
The lightbulb was cut out of Lemon Meringue card stock, the heart element was cut out of Strawberry Milkshake card stock, and the light bulb base and the card base were cut out of Oreo card stock. The sentiment from the Punny Love set was stamped on Sugar Cube card stock and the background designer paper is from the new TE Formula For Love 6x6 paper pack. The background layers and the sentiment layer were all cut out with the new Postage Stamp Stacklets..... the Formula For Love Matched Sequins and the cording finish it off.
The Little Bits - Light Bulb heart element was used for a decorative border on my second card. The background layers were again cut out with the Postage Stamp Stacklets dies, the Formula For Love 6x6 paper pack, Formula For Love Matched Sequins, and the cording complete the design.
I love it when I can use a die in several different ways.....the Little Bits - Light Bulb dies were used to create the cute little Valentine couple. The faces were cut out of Sugar Cube card stock and turned upside down.... the hat and the girls hair were cut from Oreo card stock using the bulb base die and the heart element die. The *noses* were cut from Strawberry Milkshake and pink pirouette card stock using the heart element and black pearls were used for the eyes. The new Little Bits - Kisses Confetti dies were used for the lips and the mustache and the Little Bits - Love Confetti dies were used for the X's and O's. The background layers were cut out with the new Postage Stamp Stacklets dies and the designer paper is from the Formula For Love 6x6 paper pack....the cording is the finishing touch.
My next card features the new Beaker Buddies stamp set and the Chemical Reaction dies. The beaker was cut out of Sugar Cube card stock for the back layer and designer paper from the Formula For Love 6x6 paper pack for the top layer....the heart stir stick was cut out of Strawberry Milkshake and Poppy Seed card stock. Papers from the Formula For Love 6x6 paper pack were also used for the other background layers and the Small Scallop Border was used to cut out the Strawberry Milkshake border.
The heart flourish from the Beaker Buddies set was stamped on a punched circle layer with Memento Rose Bud and the sentiment from the same set was stamped on a tag created with the Tag Stacklets 2 die....twine and Formula For Love Matched Sequins finish it off.
