Happy Saturday....I hope you got to sleep in and someone fixed you breakfast in bed...OK OK...a girl can dream once in a while!!! It's too cold here to do anything but eat, sleep, stamp, and just a bit of sewing....I used Blossom shaped Nesties to cut out the fabric flowers and hand sewing was done around the edges. I gathered the layers a bit when they were sewn together to get the ruffled effect. I didn't have the righ colored fabric for the leaves so I used cork and then cork was used for the *button*. Twine and some wacky sewing around the edges finish it off.
Recipe:
Paper: Pure Luxury Ivory
Ink: Memento Rich Cocoa
Accessories: Cork, Floss, Twine, Sewing Machine, Fabric
This is also for a few challenges:
1. Stampin for the Weekend - warm it up - I used warm colors
2. Paper Cutz Challenge - your choice
3. Little Red Wagon - one layer wonder
4. Wild Orchid Challenge - use a sentiment
5. Crafts 4 Eternity - recipe: string, flower, button
Thanks for dropping by...have a great day!!!
